Here’s a full summary of our class fees and key policies at OHT Academy

| RM450 per month

| RM70 per year for any printed materials in class

| RM420 per month

| RM80 per textbook (used in class)

If a student is absent with 2 weeks advance notice given, RM60 reduction will be applied for that month.
This reduction is limited to three times per year per student.
If more than one class is missed in the same month, the maximum reduction remains RM60.
Even if a student is absent, teachers will continue to share homework and class updates so they can catch up before the next class.

For students taking a break from class for an extended period (e.g. traveling for 3 weeks or more), a RM100/month holding fee will be charged to reserve their spot in the class.
This ensures the student’s place remains secured, and the class structure is not disrupted.
If the student chooses to discontinue fully, the spot will be opened to new students.

Families with more than one child enrolled will receive RM50 off monthly for the second child.
The discount is applied to the lower-priced class.
If you refer a new student who successfully joins our Book Class or Writing Class, you will received rm100 off your child's tuition fee for the next month.

We follow a 3-term calendar, with scheduled breaks shared every 4 months.
Tuition fees are fixed per month, with no reduction for publich holidays, hybrid classes, or short breaks. (EXCEPTION: A rm60 reduction will be applied in December for all students for the year-end holiday season.)

Students unable to attend physically (e.g. due to travel, sick {cough/ flu] or urgent matters) may join their regular class online via Zoom.
This hybrid option is available for occasional use only (maximum twice a month) and must be requested in advance.
